FAQ's

Safety Priority: The safety of our clients and colleagues is our highest priority. We have implemented a number of new procedures to ensure you travel in a safe and hygienic environment. This includes rigorous precautionary and safety measures across all journeys.

Where will my chauffeur meet me?
Your chauffeur will be waiting in a prominent position holding a name-board in the arrivals hall (just after you exit customs). They will also send you a text message introducing themselves and explaining exactly where they are waiting.
Will my chauffeur be there if my flight is early or delayed?
We monitor all arriving flights in real-time. If there is a major change to the arrival time, we automatically adjust the booking. If there are further delays once the chauffeur has arrived, waiting time is charged at 30-minute intervals.
Will our chauffeur respect our privacy?
Unconditionally. Our chauffeurs are career professionals who are prudent and discreet. As standard practice, all chauffeurs sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to ensure total confidentiality.
How much luggage can we fit in the vehicle?
Saloon/Sedan: 2 large cases & 2 small hand luggage.
Range Rover: 2 large cases & 2 small cases.
V-Class: 4 large cases & 4 small cases.
Additional luggage vans are available upon request.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Provide the ages of the children when booking and we will provide appropriate child seats free of charge. Please note, you must fit the seats yourself in accordance with the law.
Do you charge waiting time?
We offer 15 minutes free waiting time on standard collections and 45 minutes free waiting time on airport collections. Beyond this, waiting time is charged at the relevant vehicle rate in 30-minute intervals.

Pricing Policy

Quotes depend on the passenger's destination and are calculated based on the most economical route.

If a specific alternative route is requested, the passenger is responsible for all additional costs, including toll fees, additional mileage, and other relevant charges.
